Technology for bending thin-walled tube of cooper
Solil, Petr ; Štroner, Marek (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
Bachalor's thesis is concerned with issues of cutting and bending the thin-walled pipes which are produce from Cu-DHP material by EN12735-2. Thesis is also concerned with banding tool. There is designed banding tool for thin-walled copper pipes in the U form. Thesis contains calculations, drawing of banding tool and experiment with the tensile and bending tests of thin-walled pipes in the U form.
Design of bending tool for thin-waled copper tubes
Axmanová, Hana ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Dvořák, Milan (advisor)
AXMANOVÁ Hana: Design of bending tool for thin-walled copper tubes The project elaborated in frame of bachelor studies branch B-STG is submitting design of the bending tool for the thin-walled copper tubes. There where designed two bending tools with inner bending radius R1 = 13 mm and R2 = 45,2 mm and the bending is implemented by broach into the bending die. There were conducted some bending experiments. The tubes were bended without and with filling by a hand hydraulic press WPP15.
Welding of thin-walled pipe
Kelča, Daniel ; Daněk, Ladislav (referee) ; Kubíček, Jaroslav (advisor)
KELČA Daniel: Welding of thin-walled pipe The project, elaborated during the engineering study, field of study M-VTM (Production technology and industrial management) deals with welding of thin-walled pipes Cats in practise. There are methods of WIG and microplasma welding compared. The suggested basic material is corrosion-resistant ferritic steel X2CrMoTi18-2 (1.4521; AISI 444). Welding runs continuously and depends on the demanded length of the thin-walled pipe. The tests of the weld were designed on the basis of a literary study. They should help us together with the economic evaluation to assess the two methods.
Forming of thin-walled tubes
Baránek, Tomáš ; Peterková, Eva (referee) ; Podaný, Kamil (advisor)
This work brings a synopsis of technologies used in the process of thin-walled tubes forming as well as their evaluation. There are various forming methods applied in order to achieve a required shape e.g. tube bending, radial tube tripping and tube forming. The bending is done by several means e.g. collaring, reeling and pressing. In the pipe bending operation the tube may get deformed. Thus there might occur the following bending defects e.g. wall thinning, excessive flattening, wrinkles in the bend, tube suspension. At the radial tube tripping may occur local tube tapering or tube diameter attenuation. Tube forming is dividend into inlet, outlet and flattening.
On the production of special grooves in pipes
Smítal, Tomáš ; Humár, Anton (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This work was created in cooperation with company Mubea. Introduction part describes purpose of automotive headrest and function of special grooves, which are fitted on headrest frame. Overview of manufacturing technologies of these grooves with short summary of their advantages and disadvantages follows. The main part of this work consists of development of new alternative technology for manufacture special grooves in thin-walled tubes with following experimental verification of technological conditions and shape of grooves. This work also contains evaluation of tool life and wear. Interpretation of the results is performed by calculations and graphically.
